Villa Casa Serenity (Peaceful House) is a newly constructed vacation getaway, consisting of the main villa with five bedrooms and five bathrooms located in Ocotal, Guanacaste, Cost Rica. Delivers spacious, modern accommodations and sleeps 12 comfortably. All five bedrooms are equipped with plush furnishings, private en-suite bathrooms, and convenient patio access. For larger groups, the guest house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an apartment over the garage.

Casa Serenity boasts spacious and elegantly designed living areas, ensuring comfort and relaxation for all our guests. With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, our property can comfortably accommodate large families or groups of friends. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, featuring plush bedding and modern furnishings to create a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Casa Serenity embraces the concept of indoor-outdoor living, with expansive terraces and patios that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

DETAILS

Villa Casa Serenity is an all-inclusive private, luxury, two-level, five bedroom, five ensuite bath villa. For groups of ten or more, the guest house can be utilized. The guest house features two bedrooms with bath, bunk beds and a garage apartment and a pool. A full staff - cook, bartender, and housekeeper - are at your service. They arrive around 7 a.m. and depart shortly after dinner.

Food & Beverages

You will enjoy daily mouth watering meals prepared by our talented Costa Rican cooks and staff using local fresh ingredients. The villa's bartender serves the meals and handles the bar during the day and early evening before and during dinner.

Breakfast - Normally served around 8:00 a.m., breakfast is cooked to order and served with fresh fruit, toast, juices, hash browns, pancakes or French toast, gallo pinto, and our famous Costa Rican Coffee.

Lunch - Lunch is typically served from noon to 1:00 p.m. and consists of a variety of salads such as the delicious tarragon chicken, grape, and almond salad. Other lunches consist of our famous tacos, quesadillas, grilled chicken, nachos, pasta, and grilled fish or chicken strips. If you take a day trip or tour that does not include lunch, our staff will gladly pack you lunch and refreshments.

Dinner - Our fabulous four-course dinners are served around 5:30 to 5:45 p.m. and consist of one an entree served with salad or soup, fresh side vegetables, bread and dessert. Entrees are made using the freshest local ingredients, including fresh seafood, vegetables, and fruit, as well as chicken, beef, and pork. Among the seafood and entrees served during the week's stay are fresh whole pan fried red snapper, grilled mahi-mahi, sea bass, shrimp, Hawaiian pork chop, chicken parmesan, and lasagna.

Beverages - Your friendly bartender will gladly mix and serve refreshing drinks while you relax in the pool or sit in your rocker on the patio. The bar includes two kinds of Costa Rican beer, white and red house wines, rum, vodka, tequila, gin, bourbon and scotch. Bartender specialties include our famous margaritas, pina coladas, mojitos, daiquiris or other frozen drinks made with the freshest ingredients. Soft drinks, fruit drinks, milk, and legendary Costa Rican coffee are also available. The bar remains open in the evening after the staff leaves but you will have to fix your own drinks until they return at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. "Pura Vida!"

Additional Villa Amenities

The housekeeper cleans the entire house daily and provides fresh linens and towels. She will also launder your personal washable items of clothing daily so you can pack light.

With a view that's second to none, you will likely find yourself wanting to kick back and relax at the villa. You can also soak up the sun and enjoy the incredible view from the large infinity pool while our attentive staff brings you drinks. Or you can have 5 Star Salon come to the villa to pamper you with massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, and even haircuts.

With comfortable furnishings and a sleek and modern atmosphere, our common areas deliver a haven of tranquility.
