Sportfishing Charters

Experience the excitement of a fishing vacation you'll never forget! The waters off Costa Rica contain some of the hottest fishing spots for marlin, dorado, sailfish, and wahoo. According to the International Game Fishing Association, Costa Rica holds 44 line class records, 17 fly rod records, and 18 all-tackle records.

Most sportfishing groups operate moderate-sized boats for inshore fishing, but you can charter luxurious boats that will take you to deeper waters and cater to your every fishing need. The boats boast state-of-the-art equipment and safety gear. Many operators also include activities for non-fishing tour members, such as snorkeling or diving.

The most popular fishing charter in the area is King Don's Fishing Charters offering full day and half day trips. Full day trips run from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Half day trips run from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm.
